About Us
With a background of training and experience in Sports Medicine, The Body Mechanics offers the highest levels of Massage Therapy to even the most medically complex clients. All of our therapists are licensed professionals, dedicated to the highest standards of practice. We work with a range of specialties including: Medical Massage, Pre-natal and Post Partum Massage, Chronic Pain conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia and auto-immune, and pre-and post-surgical clients. Our focus is on your outcome. Everything we do from an extended first session focused on learning about you, your needs and goals, to working with your existing practitioners is all about meeting your needs and helping you move forward into a reduced pain life.

A small practice with a big vision. Grown organically from roots in sports medicine and a team mentality, the goal was never to simply provide massage therapy services to our clients.
Our vision was to impact the industry of massage therapy and overall role it played in health and wellness. We believe through the expert training of therapists, and client centered approach to improving the quality of lives we can make that impact. We strive for our clients to feel at home here. Trusting that they are in expert hands with only the best intentions for their overall health and wellbeing. We are working to return professional, expert body work to it’s place in healthcare one client at a time.
